 I have RST 1.2.2 installed on Joomla 3.2 running Helix3 template and it does not appear to be working. Table is in an article and has following source code: Any idea why?

The program ends with a tour of the Nature Centre's live animal displays and hands-on activities.</p>

Students will be engaged in a lively debate as they get to handle and classify artifacts symbolic of the many changes Victorian society underwent through the late 1800s. Students will also be encouraged to discuss how our society is changing today. The program finishes off with a tour of the farmhouse. </p>

Yes, it is resolved. Actually, nothing to resove except my stupidity in how I was expecting it to work! Once I realized how it was supposed to work all was ok!
